For the first 15 years of her career, our principal and founder Joanna Morrow saw this firsthand servicing large employers while working for a national health insurance carrier. Year after year, companies were pushed into a renewal cycle by brokers that focused almost entirely on price, without a clear strategy to address and resolve all the factors driving the renewal.
Joanna started Morrow Benefits to bring large-employer benefits consulting to small and mid-sized organizations, typically with up to 500 employees. We equipped companies with the strategies they need to effectively finance employee healthcare, while fulfilling their larger business goals and objectives. Whether it’s improved recruiting and retention, better long-term cost control or reduced administration for HR staff, Morrow Benefits is passionate about helping her clients improve their business performance.
